How to request help

Use the form on this page to tell us what you need. It takes about a minute. Safety first

Don't walk into standing water near outlets, cords, or appliances. If water reached the electrical panel, call SCE or an electrician. If you smell gas, leave and call 911 or SoCalGas from outside. Keep people and pets away from sewage and floodwater.

What helps the provider respond accurately

• What happened: a pipe, appliance, roof, storm, sewer backup, or something else.
• Whether water is still coming in and whether you've shut it off.
• Which rooms and materials got wet (carpet, hardwood, drywall, ceiling) and roughly when.
• Whether the water was clean, from an appliance, or sewage or outside floodwater.
• Whether you rent or own, and whether you plan to file an insurance claim.

What happens next

1. Tell us what happened. Fill out the short form with your city, what happened, and whether water is still coming in.
2. We connect you. We pass your request to one independent local restoration company that covers your area.
3. Get an assessment and estimate. The provider contacts you, looks at the damage, and gives you an estimate.
4. You decide. Ask questions, check with your insurer if needed, and hire only if it's right for you. No obligation.
